These terms govern your use of codaply.ai. By using the site or submitting the intake form, you agree to them.

Use of the site

The site presents Codaply’s services and pricing and lets you request a discovery call. Content is provided for general information; package recommendations produced by the intake form are indicative and confirmed during the discovery call.

Engagements

Service engagements are governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, fees, and terms. Pricing shown on the site is current as of the last update and may change; the figure quoted in your agreement is the one that applies. Setup fees are collected before work begins, with the first month’s retainer collected alongside.

Ownership

Workflows and systems we build for clients live inside the client’s accounts and infrastructure and are owned by the client, per the engagement agreement. Site content, branding, and design remain the property of Codaply.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Codaply is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.
