Information we collect

When you complete our discovery call intake form, we collect the details you provide: your name, business name, email address, phone number (optional), and answers about your business (industry, team size, revenue range, operational pain points, time cost, and budget range). We also collect standard analytics data such as pages visited and referral source.

How we use it

Intake information is used solely to prepare for and conduct your discovery call and to recommend an appropriate service package. Analytics data is used in aggregate to improve the site. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it outside your engagement with us.

Storage and security

Lead information is stored in an access-controlled database. Credentials and secrets are stored encrypted and never written to logs. We retain lead information only as long as needed for sales and engagement purposes; you may request deletion at any time.

Your rights

You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us at hello@codaply.ai and we will respond within 30 days.
